Designer Cake Liaison

Outline –

180 is looking for a high energy individual to take on the role of Designer Cake Liaison. The ideal candidate must be fluent in english and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You will be reporting to the Confectionery Manager as well as working with our team of Cake Artists in managing all Designer Cake orders from start to finish. 

Responsibilities –

• Answer all phone calls and emails pertaining to Designer Cake orders.
• Aid the customer in their decision process through recommendations.
• Ensure that all orders are captured and put into production from start to finish in a timely manner.
