Assistant Catering Coordinator
180 is looking for a high energy, punctual and detailed individual to take on the role of Assistant Catering Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be fluent in english and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office with 2 years or more experience using Excel.
You will be reporting to the Catering Manager while assisting in ensuring that all orders have been put into production and are being dispatched in a timely manner.
- Assist the Catering Manager in capturing all orders and putting them into production.
- Liaise with customers via phone or email regarding their orders.
